MomLife Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We have a governing Board of Directors and the overall planning of content and activities is led by an outstanding team of volunteers.

We exist to see groups of moms grow in their faith and spiritual friendships. 

We are a multi-generational ministry built to encourage moms of all ages and stages because we know that being a mom is messy yet lovely in a very real way! Our goal is to help moms realize their God given purpose and value as mothers, wives, friends, workers, women, and leaders. Whether you just found out you are pregnant, you are an empty nester, or your motherhood journey is somewhere in between, we believe everyone has an opportunity to grow and something valuable to offer.

Most MomLife locations hold Gatherings twice a month and each Gathering lasts approximately 2 hours. Groups start in late August or early September and they have their last Gathering the following May. Specific meeting dates and times will vary based on your specific MomLife location.

Gatherings consist of some sort of snack/meal, the viewing of a gospel-centered teaching video, and candid discussion with questions provided. There’s something special about gathering around a table with friends and having a good conversation—especially the kind that points you toward Jesus!

As a MomLife participant, you’ll have access to the members area of momlife.org. This is where you'll find teaching videos, discussion questions, recommended resources each month, and more.

You’ll also receive some printed materials like: a MomLife Journal, Scripture Cards, and Family Conversation Cards. These will be tools that you can use for note-taking, recording prayer requests, growing in spiritual practices, and having spiritual conversations with your family based on the things you are learning. 

We hope that all moms make MomLife attendance a priority. We understand that there are lots of things fighting for your time and attention, but consistent attendance helps you connect to the moms around you, engage in learning, grow as a mom, and deepen your relationship with Christ.

Registration for leadership partners (to become an Independent Table Mom or Church Partner) is only open for a few months. Leadership partners can register for the 2024-25 MomLife season April 5 through July 19, 2024. 

Registration for all mom participants opens on Mother's Day, May 12, 2024. Registration for participants will remain open all year unless a location notes otherwise. Note: Some locations may choose to open registration at a later date.

You can join in with our Virtual MomLife Table that will meet twice a month via Zoom for community and discussion.

OR, you can participate individually, following along with the teaching videos and printed materials on your own. You could also grab a fellow mom friend to participate with you so that you have someone to talk with about what you are learning! Note: She will need to register as well to receive her own printed materials and login for the MomLife portal.

In general, each MomLife participant pays $80* for MomLife registration.** See notes below.

*We know every penny matters and MomLife Ministries values your participation, partnership, and dollars. We hope to provide you with Biblical content and community that is valuable and worthwhile. We love kids! And we take seriously the responsibility we have as moms to shepherd their hearts well. Which is why, all year long, MomLife will provide resources and tools for you to use to talk about life and faith with your children. Having faith conversations and interactions with our children (no matter their age) is an integral part to modeling what it looks like to follow Jesus. We will constantly be praying for our children to "grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that [they] may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God" (Ephesians 3:14-21).

With that said, we also want to note that MomLife Gatherings are intended to be adult time to connect moms to God and each other. Sometimes this can happen with children around, but often it requires us to be purposeful, flexible, and creative in finding other arrangements for our younger kids so that we can prioritize time for life-giving spiritual friendships. We know it can be challenging—so we offer lots of grace and understanding, and hopefully some helpful suggestions to find ways to occupy your younger children during your MomLife Gatherings:

• Some MomLife locations are able to offer on-site childcare, and some are not. If they do, it may also require an additional fee. Check with your MomLife location directly or that location's registration form for details. You can also email [email protected] with questions about childcare.
• Consider getting a babysitter for the time you are meeting with your MomLife Table. You could even coordinate sharing a babysitter (or two) with some of the other moms in your group.
• Have a special basket of toys reserved for when you have MomLife Gatherings. This way they feel more special and exciting and may keep attention for longer. Or, save screen time for when you meet with your MomLife Table.
• If possible, ask your spouse/friend/other family member to help you set aside time for MomLife by agreeing to watch the kids or coordinate other childcare. It's ok to admit that you can't do it all and you need help and support in prioritizing time for MomLife.

MomLife Ministries encourages all Table Moms and Church Partners to create a MomLife environment that is safe and comfortable for moms to share openly. We want you to feel like you can be yourself, and we know sometimes that's not an easy thing to do. With that in mind, we hope that all MomLife moms remember to:

• Be sensitive to the thoughts, feelings, backgrounds, and ideas of others.
• Be loyal to their family, friends, and other moms by not sharing things that aren't theirs to share.
• Be positive and avoid negative comments.
• Keep confidences—things discussed among moms in your group need to stay in your group.
• Be attentive and courteous while others are talking—we encourage you to even think about putting your phone out of sight so that you can be fully in the moment with the moms around you.

Our greatest concern is the health and safety of all MomLife moms and their families. If someone at your table shares immediate concern for their well-being, thoughts of suicide, or an abusive situation, speak with a MomLife leader as soon as possible. We want to get moms in those situations the help they need through appropriate professionals.

Starting a MomLife Table (or small group as an Independent Partner) means that you will become a "Table Mom" to a group of your mom friends or neighbors. Gather with just a few or a whole bunch! MomLife Ministries will provide you all the content, training, and support you need as you foster life-giving community and engage in spiritual conversation that points you and your friends toward Jesus.

Table Moms serve as “mother” for moms at a MomLife table. They are encouraged to promote safety, acceptance, trust, and belonging for each mom at the table. Their primary goal is to focus on creating an atmosphere where the love of Jesus is shared through building healthy, biblical friendships. Table Moms provide support for moms, not because they have all the answers, but because they know that’s what Jesus would be doing. Table Moms lead and share with vulnerability and honesty; no perfection or “having it all figured out” necessary.

Ultimately, Table Moms:

1. Facilitate healthy discussion among moms that moves from small talk to spiritual talk.
2. Connect with moms at the table, helping them to feel seen and cared for. This happens during discussion, text messages, play dates, coffee dates, etc… whatever works best for a specific group of moms.
3. Help moms to take a next step in their faith journey (through their marriage, parenting, personal habits, work, lifestyle, etc.).

• Ideas for starting and maintaining your group available on the Leader's page when you login on momlife.org.
• Leadership Training in August and check-ins from the MomLife Ministries team throughout the year.
• Easy-to-use Teaching Videos and curriculum that is adaptable to fit small or large groups of moms. You can also use our teaching plan to find your own people to share stories or teach on the theme’s topics as desired.
• Discussion Questions to facilitate discussion about each teaching.
• Recommended Resources & Special Printables to equip and encourage you on your MomLife journey.
• Prayer and Support to help you feel successful in your ministry to moms.
• Access to MomLife Ministries leadership all year to ask questions, share prayer needs, etc.

Each Table Mom pays $80 with her Independent Partner registration. 

This includes everything that comes with a MomLife membership:

• 9 Months of Easy-to-Use, Gospel-Centered Teaching Videos and Curriculum
• 1-Year Access to our Members-Only Content online (and through Kajabi app for Apple and Android) 
• MomLife Journal with space for Gathering notes and recording prayer requests, along with 35 weeks of tools for building spiritual practices at home (scripture reading prompts, prayers and liturgies, personal reflection questions, and more)

• Encouragement and Connection to the broader MomLife community through weekly emails and social media

Note: All mom participants who register for your group will pay the same fee as a Table Mom ($80) and receive everything listed above (but no leader content). See FAQs for more.

The registration window for MomLife leaders/locations is fairly quick -- approximately 4 months, April through mid-July. 

Ending leader registration in July before a fall start date gives us time to (1) be sure we have plenty of printed materials for your group and (2) be sure everyone is ready for August Leadership Training.

All Independent Partners/Table Moms will need to attend a Leadership Training:

• Saturday, August 10 @ 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM in-person at Grace Community Church in Clarksville, TN.
• OR Wednesday, August 21 @ 9:30 AM or 6:30 PM (CST) via Zoom.

If you are a Table Mom that meets as a part of a  large church group, be sure to check with your church staff about registration and training details for your specific MomLife location.

Church Partners are responsible for establishing their own MomLife Gathering space(s) and structure, but we’re here to help you think through various ideas to feel equipped and successful with your MomLife group. We can help talk through ideas for registration, fees, Gathering times, childcare, room set-up and decor, technical needs (screen, mics, stage, etc.), and recruiting Table Moms and other volunteer roles (like hospitality, service project coordinator, prayer and care, etc.). We can also talk through pros and cons of hosting a large Gathering in the church building with multiple MomLife tables vs. organizing multiple tables to meet in homes through your small group ministry.

Recruiting both leaders and members for your MomLife group can feel like a challenge sometimes. MomLife Ministries is here to help with making announcements, casting the vision of MomLife to your church, and preparing for registration.

For your first year, you could also choose to sign up as an Independent Partner/Table Mom (which is a good option for 8-12 moms). You can become a Church Partner the next year as your group potentially grows to multiple tables.

Overall, Church Partner fees are scaled to the size of your group. We ask that all Church Partners pay a $500 curriculum fee plus $40 per mom in their group. Church Partners are required to register with a minimum of 20 moms.*

$500 + ($40 x 20 moms) = $1300 Base Registration Fee

Church Partners are then responsible to collect their own individual registrations from moms and establish their own budget and fees they require from participants. Keep in mind that the fees you determine will help you to recoup your MomLife Ministries Church Partner cost.

*Note: if you think you will have significantly less than 20 moms in your group, we recommend registering as an Independent Table Mom.

Your $500 curriculum fee includes:

• 9 Months of Easy-to-Use, Gospel-Centered Content (teaching videos, agendas, printables, etc.)
• 1-Year Access to our Leaders-Only Content online (and through Kajabi app for Apple and Android) 
• Creative Ideas for childcare (KidLife) and special Gatherings 
• Leadership Training and Support for you and all of your MomLife leadership volunteers
• Availability of MomLife Ministries team throughout the year to help with questions, troubleshooting, and overall encouragement

The $40 per mom fee includes the following for each of your moms:

• MomLife Journal with space for Gathering notes and recording prayer requests, along with 34 weeks of tools for building spiritual practices at home (scripture reading prompts, prayers and liturgies, personal reflection questions, and more)
• Ring of Scripture Memory Cards that go along with the MomLife theme
• Family Conversation Cards—8 months of conversation starters to use with your family to talk about who God is and how he’s created us that go along with what moms are learning at MomLife Gatherings
• Their own 1-Year Access to Members-Only Content online (and through Kajabi app)
• Encouraging Communication and Recommended Resources through MomLife Ministries emails and social media

SCALED FEES WITH INITIAL REGISTRATION—Receive a discounted price per mom when you register with more moms! See below to know price breaks:

• Register with 35-49 moms and pay $37 per mom + $500 curriculum fee
• Register with 50-74 moms and pay $35 per mom + $500 curriculum fee
• Register with 75-99 moms and pay $32 per mom + $500 curriculum fee
• Register with 100+ moms and pay $30 per mom + $500 curriculum fee

Choose your registration number carefully, because any additional moms you add after your initial registration will be at the original cost of $40 per mom. At that time, you will only be able to register in sets of 5. So, you'll pay $200 for every additional 5 moms. If you don't have a group of 5 new moms, you'll still pay for 5—but that's okay! This allows you to have extra space for last minute or mid-season sign ups and you'll have everything you need to be immediately ready for them.

The deadline to register as a Church Partner is July 19, 2024.

There is a deadline because (1) we want to be sure we have plenty of printed materials for your group and (2) all Church Partners and their volunteer leaders will need to attend a Leadership Training. You can choose the option that works best for your group:

• Saturday, August 10 @ 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Grace Community Church in Clarksville, TN

• If you have a large group with multiple leaders and cannot attend the in-person training in TN, we will help you set up your own in-person training for your Table Moms and other volunteer leaders. You should plan on hosting your training day on a Saturday in August. We'll provide you with a general agenda for the day and videos to watch with your leaders. 

There is also a deadline because Church Partners need time to set up and start collecting registrations/payments from their moms and get details in order for the structure of their group in order to launch their Gatherings in late August/early September.

Your partnership will last for one MomLife season. Our upcoming season begins in August 2024 and will end in May 2025. You are under no obligation to continue through the next MomLife season (2025-2026). If you wish to continue, you will register again in Spring 2025. Your registration provides you with access to the online content for one year, from the date of your registration through June 2025.

We get it—church leaders have a lot on their plate and are often serving at their max capacity. Lay leaders are so vital to help churches minister to and love on people in their church and community. We have full confidence that ministry leadership is not limited to paid church staff. Your MomLife Coordinator can be a volunteer mom who is passionate about serving, planning, and organizing your MomLife group. It's a big job that will require leadership, administration, and communication skills, but MomLife Ministries is here to help along the way!

Our hope is to ease some of the leadership overwhelm and provide tools to help church staff and/or volunteer mom(s) build a mom ministry that offers structure, accountability, and predictability for moms to grow in their relationship with Jesus. 

We recommend that the MomLife Coordinator is in constant contact with a church staff member for on-site support and specific direction to church values and needs.

It's important to note that MomLife Ministries will teach, train, and equip moms based on our statement of beliefs. All MomLife Ministries speakers and teachers agree to our mission and values and foundational beliefs.

All Church Partners and Independent MomLife Tables lead their group/moms under the specific values, beliefs, authority, and leadership of their individual church. Any speakers, teachers, or leaders from partnering churches or Independent MomLife Tables do not signify as an endorsement of MomLife Ministries or its founding church, Grace Community Church.
